We strive for perfection in every piece. However, please note our specific guidelines:

Final Sale Items: Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or pre-order items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Eligibility: For non-custom items, you must contact us within [X días, ej: 7 days] of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
