Welcome to Marcord Jewelers. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Marcord Jewelers. Marcord Jewelers operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), in order to provide you with a curated luxury jewelry shopping experience.

By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS, MATERIALS & NATURAL VARIATIONS Our products are crafted using precious metals (including 18K gold) and natural or lab-grown diamonds. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, slight variations in color, tone, weight, and dimensions may occur. Natural stones may contain unique inclusions. These characteristics are inherent qualities of fine jewelry and not defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly due to lighting or screen calibration.

SECTION 3 – MADE-TO-ORDER & PRE-ORDERS Many Marcord Jewelers pieces are made-to-order or custom fabricated. By placing a pre-order or custom order, you acknowledge that:

Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Pre-orders and custom pieces cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production.

SECTION 4 – PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties imposed by your jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS Delivery times are estimates. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. Marcord Jewelers is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs clearance issues. All high-value shipments require a signature confirmation.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website — including designs, images, videos, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Marcord Jewelers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES By completing a purchase, you expressly agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter. You acknowledge that custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable. Filing a chargeback for acknowledged policies constitutes fraudulent misuse of payment systems. Marcord Jewelers reserves the right to recover all costs associated with abusive disputes, including legal expenses.

SECTION 8 – DIAMOND DISCLOSURE Marcord Jewelers sells both natural and lab-grown diamonds, clearly disclosed on each product page. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically similar to natural diamonds but differ in origin. Diamond grading reports represent expert opinions and not absolute guarantees.

SECTION 9 – CUSTOM WORK & SIZING RESPONSIBILITY For custom or resized jewelry, the client is solely responsible for providing correct specifications. Marcord Jewelers is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect sizing information provided by the customer.

SECTION 10 – DEPOSITS & PAYMENT STRUCTURE Deposits (including the standard 30% production deposit) are non-refundable and applied toward the final purchase price. Failure to complete final payment within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.

SECTION 11 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local laws. Marcord Jewelers is not responsible for seizures or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
