Refund policy

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and custom manufacturing:

• All made-to-order, customized, and resized items are final sale.

• These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned only if:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Return authorization is approved in advance

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping fees, production fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.

Marcord Jewelers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
