This may include, but is not limited to:•Light scratches or small dents in the metal•Loose or missing stones•Rhodium fading•Slight head tilting•Minor band reshapingThese situations can be addressed under our warranty terms.⸻Purposeful or Excessive DamageMajor damage caused by improper care or external force. This may include, but is not limited to:•Severely misshapen bands•Broken prongs or heads•Damage caused by strong impacts•Exposure to harsh chemicals or cleaning solutions•Damage requiring a complete remake of the pieceWe recommend avoiding sleeping, swimming, working out, or doing manual labor while wearing your jewelry.⸻Our Warranty Over TimePhase One: 1-Year Unlimited WarrantyFor the first year from the day you receive your piece, all repairs are covered complimentary, excluding purposeful or excessive damage.The client is responsible for all shipping costs, both ways, when warranty service is required.⸻Phase Two: Lifetime At-Cost WarrantyAfter the first year, all repairs are available at cost only—you pay exactly what the repair requires, with no additional fees or profit added.Clients must cover the shipping costs associated with any warranty service.⸻Important Warranty Conditions•Any work performed by an outside jeweler will void the warranty, as we cannot guarantee the workmanship or structural integrity of repairs done outside Marcord.•The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Resold pieces do not carry transferable warranty coverage.•Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty service.
